Former Arizona State wrestling star Anthony Robles will be portrayed by actor Jason Mitchell in a new biopic titled “Unstoppable.”

Robles, who was born with only one leg, became a NCAA champion wrestler for the Sun Devils in 2011 after an undefeated season.

The biopic was optioned from Robles’ autobiography “Unstoppable: From Underdog To Undefeated — How I Became Champion,” which was published in 2012, according to Deadline.com.

Robles also announced the movie on his personal Twitter account.

Gary Lewis, Robles’ longtime manager, will be producing the film alongside David Crockett and Andy Fraser with the intent to start filming in early 2019.

The film will be directed by Billy Goldenberg, who will be making his directorial debut. He was recently credited for editorial work on “Argo” and “Zero Dark Thirty.”

Goldenberg also recently worked on the movie “Detroit,” which stared Mitchell.

Mitchell has been featured in the TV show “The Chi” on Showtime, which is in its second season of production, and in the movie “Straight Outta Compton” where he portrayed the late rapper, Eazy-E.
