In an effort to bring the Arizona Coyotes roster down to 23 players before the start of the regular season, general manager John Chayka announced eight players that have been assigned to the Tucson Roadrunners.
The Coyotes training camp roster is now down to 31 players.
Four of the players sent to Tucson have logged at least one game at the NHL level including defenseman Kyle Capobianco, winger Hudson Fasching, goalie Adin Hill and defenseman Robbie Russo.
The other four players include winger Kevin Klima, winger Jens Looke, goalie Hunter Miska and center Lane Pederson.
This was the fourth round of cuts for the Coyotes who have two preseason games remaining before opening the regular season on Oct. 4 against the Dallas Stars.
