Drake dons a Devin Booker Moss Point jersey during Arizona concert

Just more than two years ago, Drake visited Phoenix’s Talking Stick Resort Arena wearing a black Devin Booker Suns jersey.
These things don’t tend to happen to NBA scrubs. Booker was already on the rise as one of the best young players in the game.
Now, the Phoenix guard has a legitimate shot at chasing his first All-Star appearance, and considering Drake not long ago dropped a reference to Booker’s wet jumper on Travis Scott’s song “Sicko Mode,” it made sense the rapper would bring out the Booker gear again.
He just did it a little differently Monday night at Gila River Arena.

Drake appeared in concert wearing Booker’s high school jersey, representing Moss Point, Mississippi.
That’s where Booker made a name for himself. While he grew up in Michigan, Booker’s father, Melvin, a professional basketball player, moved his son to Moss Point during high school to help develop his game.
It’s there that Booker blew up into a four-star prospect that allowed him his choice of where to attend college.
The sharpshooter picked Kentucky.
As we know, Drake is quite the Kentucky basketball fan. And still a big fan of the Suns’ Booker.
