Suns guard Devin Booker to miss game Saturday with hamstring injury

The Phoenix Suns announced that Devin Booker will not play against the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday.
Booker aggravated his hamstring in the third quarter of the game against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday. He in considered day-to-day with a mild strain in his left hamstring.
He did not participate in practice Friday, but he did express optimism when asked about the injury.
“I’m feeling better,” Booker said. “Went home, slept and felt better the next day. Still not all the way there yet, though, so I heard it’s day-to-day, nothing serious, so that’s good.”
He wants the sore hamstring to “feel normal” before being re-inserted the guard into game action.
The Suns play back-to-backs over the weekend, following the Grizzlies game Saturday with a contest against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday.
