One Cardinal plans to show up to work as lockout lifted

A day after U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson lifted the lockout players are unsure what that exactly means.

On Tuesday players throughout the league started showing up at their team facilities only to be told they wouldn’t be allowed to do “football activities.”

The league issued a statement that called for players to be “treated with courtesy and respect” if they show up. But the NFL said it needs “a few days to sort this out” before “football activities” can take place.

In reading the statement, not much has changed for the players from a working out and using the team facilities standpoint.

At least one Arizona Cardinal tweeted that he planned to make it to the team’s practice facility on Tuesday.

I think I’m gonna go by the facility today and see what happens…do you think they will let me in?less than a minute ago via Twitter for BlackBerry® Favorite Retweet Reply

As you can see, Campbell definitely has his doubts on if he would even be let in the building.

While many legal experts say Monday was a big win for the players, it is still unknown on what will happen next and when things will return to normal.

Judge Nelson has given the players until 7 a.m. Pacific time Wednesday to reply to the league’s expedited motion for a stay.
