Arizona Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson has never missed the Pro Bowl in his past seven NFL seasons, and he’s got a good shot of making it eight years in a row.
After Week 11, Peterson leads all vote-getters in the NFC at cornerback with 125,114 votes. Peterson is the only player on the Cardinals to lead their respective NFC position in votes.
New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees is the top vote-getter at 487,400, with Kansas City Chiefs rising star Patrick Mahomes close behind at 459,325 votes.
In 10 starts this season, Peterson has two interceptions, one fumble recovery and 41 total tackles.
Peterson, Budda Baker, Larry Fitzgerald and Chandler Jones made the Pro Bowl for the Cardinals last season.
Fan voting for the Pro Bowl will continue through to Dec. 13. Voting directly on Twitter begins on Nov. 29, when fans can tweet the first and last name of the player followed by #ProBowlVote to register a vote for their favorite player.
