Bruce Arians might be done with the media after spending one year with CBS and announcing his retirement from the Arizona Cardinals in 2017.

The 66-year-old reiterated to NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport that not only would he return to coaching for the Cleveland Browns, but that his wife is on board with the potential move. The only caveat was that it would have to be with the Cleveland Browns.

“I would listen to the Browns,” Arians said. “And only them.”

Earlier this month, Arians told an Ohio newspaper that he would consider coming back to coaching for the Browns, but also stated that Chuck Pagano would be a good candidate.

Arians was an offensive coordinator for the Browns from 2001-2004. He was also interviewed for their head coaching vacancy in 2013.

Whatever coach takes over for the Browns will have to opportunity to mold the top pick of the 2018 NFL Draft, quarterback Baker Mayfield, who leads all rookies with a QB rating of 81.5.

The Browns have stated that they will prioritize finding a coach who will be a good fit with Mayfield.
