Let’s go through the cycle again.

Point guard De’Anthony Melton has been recalled to the Phoenix Suns from the NAZ Suns.

This time, coming the day after Phoenix waived point guard Isaiah Canaan, Melton might have time to unpack his bags.

Melton was last on the Suns from Nov. 10-27, playing a total of 20 minutes across two games before being assigned to the G League. He has played three times for Phoenix this season.

Without Canaan, rookie point guard Elie Okobo played 32 minutes against the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night. He scored 19 points and had four assists.

The Suns have primarily played Okobo, Canaan and guard Devin Booker at the point this season.
