After being listed as questionable leading up to Sunday’s contest, safety Budda Baker and linebacker Deone Bucannon are active against the Atlanta Falcons.
Bucannon returns to action after missing the last three games due to a chest injury.
It’s been a down year for the linebacker as he has 21 tackles and a forced fumble for the Cardinals. His best game came against the Redskins where he recorded seven tackles.
Joining Bucannon on defense is Baker.
After missing practice Wednesday, the safety was limited the rest of the week with a knee injury before being listed as questionable ahead of Week 15.
He had missed the final two games in November against the Raiders and Chargers with the knee issue, but is good to go against the Falcons.
When he’s on the field, Baker is a game changer for Arizona. In 11 games played, Baker has 84 tackles — second on the team behind Antoine Bethea (105) — 2.0 sacks and a forced fumble.
Missing Sunday’s game is wide receiver Chad Williams.
The wideout hasn’t been on the field since the team’s win over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 8 due to an ankle injury.
In eight games played, Williams has reeled in 11 receptions for 113 yards and a touchdown.
In addition to Williams, cornerbacks Quinten Rollins and Dontae Johnson, defensive end Vontarrius Dora, linebacker Jonathan Anderson, lineman Zack Golditch and tight end Darrel Daniels are also inactive for Arizona.
For the Falcons, kicker Giorgio Tavecchio, fullback Ricky Ortiz, cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson, safety Ryan Neal, tackle Matt Gono and defensive tackles Justin Zimmer and Terrell McClain are all inactive.
