The Phoenix Suns were without forward P.J. Tucker on Monday in Boston, where they beat the Celtics 118-114.
Tucker, it has been confirmed to Arizona Sports, missed the team bus Sunday after the team’s 120-107 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers.
Tucker played 21 minutes in the game, scoring eight points while grabbing four rebounds and dishing out one assist.
This is not the first off-court issue for Tucker in the last calendar year. In July, word came out that he had been arrested for extreme DUI in May by Scottsdale police.
The news came out not long after Tucker signed a three-year, $16.5 million contract to remain with the Suns.
Earlier this month, Tucker talked about how excited he was to return to the team after he was suspended for the first three games of the season due to the DUI.
In seven games this season, he has averaged 6.6 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists.
