Ryan Roberts may be tattooing the ball with his bat this spring for the Arizona Diamondbacks, hitting at a .512 clip in Cactus League play, but it’s the work he’s doing with a needle off the field that he may be most proud of.
The D-backs infielder joined Sports 620 KTAR’s Gambo and Ash and talked about his new hobby: being a tattoo artist.
“I actually practice on myself,” he said. “I added my daughter’s name and footprint on my foot and ankle. Not to brag on myself but I’d say I did a pretty good job.”
