Inside the Box: Cubs done after one

After every Arizona Diamondbacks game we’ll examine the
box score and provide you with instant analysis. So it’s
time to go Inside the Box for April 27, 2011: Diamondbacks 11, Cubs 2

The Good:

The Diamondbacks’ offense was apparently unstoppable. Cubs’ starting pitcher Ryan Dempster did not make it through the first inning as the D-backs drove in a total of seven runs on four hits in the first inning.

The Bad:

Barry Enright pitched a decent game, but still managed to allow two runs on five hits for a 5.76 ERA. He may have gotten the “W”, but he still needs some more work to get him out of his funk.

The Funky:

Stephen drew had his first career grand slam and also set a career record for number of RBIs in a game with 5.
