D-backs option RHP Brad Bergesen to Triple-A Reno

The Arizona Diamondbacks announced they have optioned
right-hander Brad Bergesen to Triple-A Reno.
The 26-year-old appeared in three games for the D-backs, allowing one run on four hits with a walk and four strikeouts over five innings of work this season.
Bergesen was claimed by the D-backs on waivers from the Baltimore Orioles on July 20. He has pitched in parts of four seasons with Baltimore and the D-backs.
In 86 career games, he is 17-24 with a 4.64 ERA with 116 walks and 211 strikeouts.
