Wrestling star John Cena is a beast inside the ring, but is an even bigger one when it comes to putting smiles on children.
On Monday, the wrestling star became the first celebrity to grant 500 Make-A-Wish requests when he spent the day with Rocco Lanzer, a young boy recently diagnosed with leukemia.
Cena surprised the child on the set of the “Today” show, handing him tickets to his Monday show, after giving him a championship belt.
The kid just gasped when he saw the tickets.
Cena granted his first wish in 2004, and has not stopped since in becoming the celebrity with the most wishes granted for the Make-A-Wish foundation.
It takes a special person to give so much back to the community and thankfully there are celebrities like Cena who enjoy doing so much for others.
