Cardinals’ Justin Bethel gears up for the Pro Bowl with a Tahitian dance

The Pro Bowl itself may lack substance, but that doesn’t mean the events leading into the NFL’s All-Star game on Sunday lack in entertainment value.
With Calais Campbell and Justin Bethel in Hawaii representing the Arizona Cardinals, there were sure to be highlights.
Chief among them was this video shot at Kahuku High School’s gym. Bethel, who made the Pro Bowl as a special teamer, apparently got introduced to a couple new Tahitian dance moves along with Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman. We’re not sure if dropping it low is actually part of the routine — but props to Bethel on the effort front.
He and Campbell have been hanging loose in Hawaii. Along with other Pro Bowl players, they’ve been touring Wheeler Army Airfield — where the draft was held — and learning the playbook at practice.
Campbell and Bethel will both suit up for Team Irvin in the All-Star game that kicks off at 5 p.m. MST on Sunday.
