Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel not only faces a jeopardized career but a life crisis following his alleged altercation with his ex-girlfriend.
His own father fears the quarterback won’t reach his 24th birthday if he doesn’t seek help and Manziel’s former agent, who dropped the former Texas A&M star as a client Friday, agreed.
Manziel’s actions, if true, are inexcusable, but two Arizona Cardinals know that giving up on another human being is also a dangerous game.
Tyrann Mathieu and Tony Jefferson offered their support for Manziel via Twitter on Friday.
Mathieu would know from personal experience just how difficult it is to to change an unhealthy lifestyle.
He faced losing his promising football career after being kicked out of LSU following an arrest on marijuana charges and has been open about his problems with the drug.
Johnny should hit me up.. It ain't easy but it's worth it bra!

Jefferson spoke more in depth on his Twitter account, urging people not to pile on Manziel, who clearly has issues beyond his career.
I know this millennium is in LOVE with kicking ppl while they're down. And coming on social media and hiding behind their phones/Comps…

And speak nothing but negativity and hatred towards a person they don't even know personally.
