The NBA All-Star Weekend talent show was … something.
Phoenix Suns forward Jon Leuer’s juggling skills during the event left Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Ernie Johnson mildly impressed.
Shaquille O’Neal, however, handed out a 9 of out 10 score pretty easily before using the set-up for a solid burn of Chuck: “The only thing you juggle is your weight.”
Former Arizona Wildcat Rondae Hollis-Jefferson also participated in the event. He played a keyboard rendition of “Do you want to build a snowman?” that didn’t get rave reviews, either. Considering the network teased a keyboard-vocal set for Hollis-Jefferson, it was even more disappointing.

Among more legitimate skills in the “competition” was Mavs forward Jeremy Evans sketching a portrait of Barkley and Pelicans point guard Norris Cole playing some seriously good jazz piano.
It’s unclear how Leuer and Rondae got the go-ahead for the talent show, but TNT probably needs to strengthen its vetting process for the event moving forward.
