The Arizona Wildcats jumped five spots Monday in the latest Associated Press poll following a weekend sweep of the Los Angeles schools.

The Wildcats (21-5, 9-4 in the Pac-12) jumped from No. 17 to No. 12 in the AP poll and moved up two spots to No. 12 from No. 14 in the USA Today Coaches poll.

Arizona defeated UCLA 81-75 on Friday and USC 86-78 on Sunday to pull into a first-place tie with Oregon for the conference lead.

The Ducks (20-6, 9-4) were swept by the Bay Area schools over the weekend to fall five spots from No. 11 to No. 16 in the AP poll and dropped from No. 12 to No. 17 in the coaches poll. Oregon lost 83-63 to California and 76-72 to Stanford.

USC fell out of the rankings after losses to Arizona State and Arizona. The previously ranked No. 23 Trojans lost 74-67 on Friday to the Sun Devils.

Other Pac-12 schools receiving votes in both polls include Utah, USC and California.
