Cardinals safety Tony Jefferson excited about Madden upgrade

Arizona Cardinals safety Tony Jefferson will be able to sleep well tonight, as Wednesday he achieved one of his goals.
What was that goal, you might be asking? Well, see his Twitter biography:
“Just trying to raise my Overall rating on Madden”
Entering the 2015 season, the third-year pro Jefferson held an overall rating of 77, which is solid but nothing special.
However, Jefferson went on to have an excellent season, posting 75 total tackles, four tackles for loss, two QB sacks, two interceptions, five passes defensed, three forced fumbles, two QB pressures and one QB hit, which led to his rating earning a nice bump over the course of the season.
As noted by SportingNews.com, Jefferson’s rating went up nine points, settling in at a nice 86.
Jefferson noticed.

Jefferson was not the only Cardinal to see their rating take a significant jump, as Carson Palmer, Larry Fitzgerald, John Brown, Tyrann Mathieu all saw their on-field performances reflected in the virtual realm.
And while what happens on the field and in real life is certainly the most important thing for Jefferson, there is no shame in wanting to be one of the better players in one of the most popular video game franchises of all-time.
