TEMPE, Ariz. — It’s National Pancake Day, and Diamondbacks pitcher Josh Collmenter helped IHOP celebrate. Showing off his skills in the kitchen with the help of the Miss Arizona Pageant women, Collmenter served up pancakes to some hungry customers.

This year marks the 11th National Pancake Day event at IHOP, where customers can receive a free triple stack of buttermilk pancakes in exchange for a donation to a designated charity. Proceeds from local donations go to benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
