Those who have resided in Arizona for a long time and natives of the Grand Canyon State especially won’t find this surprising. Sports apparel store Mitchell & Ness released their state-by-state list of the best-selling retro jerseys of 2015, and for Arizona, the late Pat Tillman had the most popular jersey for the second year in a row.
Mitchell & Ness sells three different versions of Tillman’s No. 40 Arizona Cardinals jersey.
Of other Arizona representation for the apparel company, Matt Williams’ Arizona Diamondbacks jersey and two colors each of Steve Nash’s and Kevin Johnson’s Phoenix Suns jerseys are for sale.
Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant, who last night played his final game against the Phoenix Suns before his retirement, had the best-selling jersey in California, Oregon and Ohio and was the top-selling retro jersey for the company overall.
Boston Celtics star Larry Bird had the best-selling jersey in the most states (4).
