Deantre Lewis is behind his new coach

Dec 15, 2011, 2:46 AM | Updated: 2:48 am

A new coach coming to town can summon a vast array of
emotions from current players.

Will they fit the new schemes? Will they get along with a
guy they’ve never met? Will he bring winning football?

At least one Sun Devil isn’t concerned. In fact, running back Deantre Lewis tweeted about his
new coach
shortly after the announcement was made.

“Well let’s get it #ASU fans he seems very enthusiastic!!
About this job!!! He is Welcome on this campus. Can’t wait
to get to work,” Lewis tweeted, which was followed by “You
got my support 100% TG (Todd Graham)” and “TG was meant to
be in these colors!!!!”

Sun Devil fans will be happy to see the optimism from Lewis,
who redshirted last season but is expected to be a key
contributor in 2012. And, if the rest of his teammates feel
the same way Graham should have no problem getting the ball
rolling in Tempe.
