Last year, Cory Redding decided to forego retirement and sign with the Arizona Cardinals.

This year, he decided to call it quits at age 35.

Redding appeared in 12 games for the Cardinals, and recorded 10 tackles, two fumble recoveries, one interception and a pass defensed. He also notched one QB pressure, one QB hit and a tackle for loss. A veteran of 13 NFL seasons, he was placed on injured reserve with an ankle injury on Jan. 12 and released by the team on April 18.

Prior to joining the Cardinals, Redding spent three seasons with the Indianapolis Colts. He also played for the Baltimore Ravens, Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions, and over his career tallied 35.5 sacks, four forced fumbles and 13 fumble recoveries.

A steady presence both on the field and in the locker room, he is expected to be featured rather heavily in the upcoming Amazon series “All or Nothing,” which followed the Cardinals throughout the 2015 season.

Redding entered the NFL in 2003 as a third-round pick of the Lions out of Texas.
