The Arizona Diamondbacks are flying the stars and stripes loudly on their uniforms for the Fourth of July.
The D-backs will be wearing special home whites as they begin a three-game series against the San Diego Padres on Monday. Complete with the United States flag on the right arm, snake head on the left and the Joe Garagiola patch on the left chest, the jerseys will also feature a red star pattern in the lettering and numbering.
Privileged to wear American colors today. Happy Independence Day! Thankful to those who sacrificed for this freedom. pic.twitter.com/u5pYAhR567

And before he put on the uniform, Diamondbacks relief pitcher Josh Collmenter took the holiday to the extreme with his pregame look.
Uncle Sam would be proud.
