Phil Mickelson suffers tough break at British Open

Any amateur would kill to shoot a 63 in 18 holes, but for Phil Mickelson it’s just a reminder of what could have been.
On the 18th green of the British Open in Scotland, Mickelson had the chance to become the first player to shoot a 62 in a golf major. He has a three-stroke lead after one round, but that doesn’t make up for the missed opportunity to make history.
The putt looks awfully familiar to the one he missed back in 2013 at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
Phil is no stranger to heartbreaking lip outs. https://t.co/XnkfOwGA2i
