Hello, sports memorabilia collectors. We found something you need to own.
This college football season will mark the 10-year anniversary of a good game: California’s 31-24 overtime victory against the Washington Huskies.
Forget the details because what happened afterward created the headlines.
Then-Cal running back Marshawn Lynch made E-40 proud following the win when he hijacked a trainer’s cart and swerved through a crowd of players, fans and media personnel in celebration.
It was probably one of the first times the public learned that Lynch isn’t a normal dude.
Anyway, Cal realized this and for a Nov. 5 game between the Golden Bears and Huskies is handing out a bobblehead of Lynch ghost-riding the whip.
“I was excited, man. In Oakland, we like to express ourselves in a lot of different ways, and one way is driving,” Lynch told Inside Bay Area.
Indeed, driving is one way to show excitement — we guess.
