ASU announces 2012-13 hoops schedule

Year seven of the Herb Sendek era in Tempe tips off Saturday, November 10 at Wells Fargo Arena against the Central Arkansas Bears.

In all, the Sun Devils will play 12 non-conference games at home, as they’ll host Florida A&M, Cornell, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Sacramento State, Hartford, Cal State Northridge, DePaul, Dartmouth and Coppin State.

ASU will also play in the Continental Tire Las Vegas Classic over Thanksgiving weekend and will take on Arkansas in their first game and either Creighton or Wisconsin in the second game.

The Sun Devils will also have the luxury of starting Pac-12 play at home for the first time since 2007-08 when they host Utah in Tempe on January 2.

The Arizona Wildcats make their annual appearance at Wells Fargo Arena January 19, and the Devils will travel south to Tucson to end the regular season on March 9.

The Pac-12 Tournament, which will be played at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas for the first time, will start on March 13.
