There’s a time and a place to talk about serious locker room issues. Apparently, the middle of an NFL game is both the time and the place.
In this case, we’re talking about the theft of an entire bag of delicious Lifesavers.
NFL Films’ microphones caught Washington Redskin Ziggy Hood approaching cornerback Josh Norman and admitting he took his teammates’ candy. Luckily, Hood avoided a tense situation by telling Norman he was willing to replace the Lifesavers.
Norman even seemed genuinely happy that Hood enjoyed them.
Even better news: Ziggy doesn’t have to pay Josh back! He just needs to replace the bag of Lifesavers and they’re even.
Josh is a real swell guy, and it’s good to see him resolve a situation that could potentially fracture a locker room.
