The Sun Devils entered their weekend showdown with Washington State limited due to absences of key players like sophomore left guard Sam Jones, junior center A.J. McCollum and sophomore safety Armand Perry.

Arizona State’s showdown with the Cougars left Todd Graham’s team in even worse shape injury-wise.

In this week’s episode of the “Sun Devil Source Report,” hosts Kerry Crowley and Chris Karpman break down the Sun Devils’ injury situation, which now includes additional injuries to sophomore quarterback Manny Wilkins and linebacker Salamo Fiso.

After breaking down how ASU adjusted its game plan for freshman quarterback Dillon Sterling-Cole and the Sun Devils’ reliance on their “Sparky” package, Kerry and Chris talk about the key plays and important missed opportunities that helped define Saturday’s game.

At the end of the episode, Kerry and Chris discuss the current Pac-12 landscape, and dive into the issues ASU’s next opponent, Oregon, is facing defensively.

Each week, the ‘Sun Devil Source Report’ podcast brings you the latest news, information and analysis of Arizona State football. Hosts Kerry Crowley and Chris Karpman of SunDevilSource.com bring you the most informative updates surrounding the Sun Devils, with detailed perspectives you won’t find anywhere else.
