The Arizona Diamondbacks have been making more moves to the coaching staff, and Friday their roster got shuffled a bit as well.

The Diamondbacks won’t have catcher Tuffy Gosewisch, or pitchers Tyler Wagner, Dominic Leone and Edwin Escobar next season as they were all claimed on waivers by other teams, according to the organization. They also announced they designated outfielder/first baseman Kyle Jensen and outfielder Gabriel Guerrero for assignment and added six other players to their 40-man roster.

The Atlanta Braves claimed Gosewisch, the Toronto Blue Jays claimed Leone, the Texas Rangers acquired Wagner and Escobar is headed to the Cleveland Indians.

Gosewisch played the last four seasons with the Diamondbacks. He appeared in 33 games last year and hit .156 in 90 at-bats, to go along with three home runs and seven RBI. In 2015, he batted .211 in 38 games before his season was cut short by a torn ACL.

In all, Gosewisch played in 126 games for the Diamondbacks.

Leone pitched for Arizona the last two years, and was part of the bullpen last season. He pitched in 25 games and had a 6.33 ERA, as he gave up 21 runs (19 earned runs) in 27 innings. In those 25 contests, Leone gave up seven home runs and 45 hits.

Wagner played in just three games for the D-backs, all in the beginning of 2016. He served as primarily a long-term reliever, getting 10 innings of work in those three games. He gave up two earned runs on nine hits and finished with a 1.80 ERA. Wagner pitched in five games for the Reno Aces, the Diamondbacks Triple-A club affiliate, the rest of the season. He only made it to the mound in those eight games all season, as he was dealing with some sort of undisclosed injury.

Escobar pitched for the Diamondbacks in one season, and pitched in 25 games. He finished the year with a 7.23 ERA after giving up 19 earned runs in 23.2 innings. He started 16 games for the Aces, where he achieved a 6-3 record and a 4.25 ERA. Arizona had originally claimed Escobar from Boston in late April last year.

Jensen played in 17 games for the Diamondbacks last season, his one year with the ball club. He had a .194 average and seven RBI with two home runs. He spent the majority of the year with the Aces, playing 133 games which included 124 starts. He hit .289 to go along with 30 home runs and 120 RBI.

Guerrero, the nephew of former All-Star outfielder Vladimir Guerrero, hit .234 between Triple-A Reno and Double-A Mobile. He was acquired in the trade that sent Mark Trumbo to the Seattle Mariners.
