It’s hard for a team to move to far up or down the NFL Power Rankings following a bye week.

Enter the Arizona Cardinals, who were one of six teams with Week 4 off.

For that reason, the Cards’ positioning in the power rankings looks pretty similar to what it did last week — except for Fox Sports, who elevated San Diego over Arizona despite the fact that the Cardinals have beaten them head-to-head. How does that work?
