Arizona Cardinals running back Jonathan Dwyer pleads not guilty

PHOENIX — Arizona Cardinals running back Jonathan Dwyer pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of domestic violence.
Dwyer was arrested Sept. 17 accused of hitting his wife over two days in July. He allegedly broke her nose with a head butt.
Jonathan Dwyer pled not guilty. His next court date is 11/20 before Commissioner Jeffrey Rueter.

His wife, Kayla, left Arizona with their toddler son. Court documents said the boy had been hit by a shoe Dwyer had thrown.
The Cardinals deactivated Dwyer after his arrest.
