D-backs’ Trayce Thompson is better than Klay Thompson at most things

You gotta appreciate brotherly love.
They might not always show it, but it’s there — somewhere.
Take the relationship between the Arizona Diamondbacks’ Trayce Thompson and his brother, Klay, for instance.
You know, NBA Finals champion, sharpshooter and older brother by two years, Klay Thompson.
Hey @KlayThompson, got anything to say about this? Trayce says he’s got you 9 times out of 10! @warriors @NBA @MLB pic.twitter.com/86Mn7pgETW

In a spirited conversation with outfielder David Peralta recently, Trayce Thompson let it be known begrudgingly that his brother does indeed have a better shooting stroke.
After shooting 41.9% from 3-point land over the course of his eight-year NBA career to go along with five All-Star appearances, who would have thought?
But the credit quickly stopped there, with the D-back adding that the Golden State Warrior’s basketball game was about the only thing going for him when it comes to their sibling rivalry.
“That’s a stupid question. You can ask me better questions than that,” Thompson said, answering Peralta’s basketball question. “I’m better than him at golf, ping pong, pool, video games. … I can throw the football farther.
“But he can shoot better than me. That’s literally it. [I’m better than him] at everything else. Nine out of 10 things.”
And let’s not forget baseball, which Peralta made sure to remind his teammate of while Thompson was rattling off things he’s better at.
“Just one little small thing [that he’s better at than you]. That’s good,” Peralta said. “You’re better than him in general. That’s what I’m talking about. That’s what I’m talking about, baby. That’s what I want to hear. ‘Yeah, I’ll give it to him, he can shoot. It’s fine.’ But the rest? You’re the boss.”
Usually the younger brother doesn’t have the final say when it comes down to the I-am-better-than-you talk. We’re waiting for your rebuttal, Klay.
