Chase Field to open Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers in former Friday’s location

Chase Field, the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, will welcome a Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers and Bourbon & Bones cocktail lounge in the former Friday’s Front Row section in left field.

The Friday’s location and former Game 7 Grill, the latter of which is near the main entrance at Chase Field, did not operate during the 2021 season. Game 7 Grill will be renovated to house the team’s new Caesars sportsbook, which is expected to be completed this year.

“I am thrilled to work with the popular Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers concept to bring a new and incredible guest experience to Chase Field,” D-backs president and CEO Derrick Hall said in a release Monday. “The plans for this space are very exciting and promises to be a one-of-a-kind destination in the ballpark.”

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers and Bourbon & Bones are operated by Square One Concepts.

The new Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers inside Chase Field marks the 13th location, the first of which opened nearly 11 years ago. It will be the second Bourbon & Bones location.

“This is a special opportunity for us to raise the bar for both Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers and D-backs fans,” said Square One Concepts founder and CEO S. Barrett Rinzler. “There is no other place in the valley where one can meet up with family or friends any day of the week to enjoy items from our scratch-made kitchen, as well as drinks, with a view of a major league ballpark.”

The space will be approximately 12,000 square feet with 2,500 square feet of patio spaces.

It will include a full-service bar, wall-to-wall TVs and views of the field.
