The Reno Aces had a home run party on Monday.
The Diamondbacks Triple-A affiliate hit 10 home runs as a team in a 25-8 win over the Tacoma Rainiers at Greater Nevada Field as Yasmany Tomas hit four home runs by himself to get to 13 on the year. Kevin Cron, who now leads all levels of professional baseball in home runs in 2019, hit his 20th and 21st home runs of the season.
Also hitting home runs in the win were Matt Szczur, Caleb Joseph, Domingo Leyba and Tim Locastro.
Incredibly, every single player in the nine-man starting lineup (with a DH) had an RBI, and all but one player in the lineup had multiple hits. The Aces also drew eight walks while Cron and Tomas combined for 14 RBI.
Oh, and Szczur hit for the cycle.
Cron improved his batting average to .333 as he continues to rake in the D-backs farm system. His OPS is a ridiculous 1.254.
