The Phoenix Suns announced Saturday they signed two free agents — guard Frank Jackson and forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot — ahead of Media Day on Monday.

The Suns’ roster sits at 18 players after the moves, including a pair of two-way contracts.

Jackson, 24, agreed to a non-guaranteed deal, The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported on Tuesday.

The Duke product was the No. 31 selection in the 2017 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets and was traded on draft night to the New Orleans Pelicans. He averaged a career-high 10.6 points per game with the Detroit Pistons last season.

Luwawu-Cabarrot, 27, spent 52 games with the Atlanta Hawks last year and scored 4.4 points with 1.6 rebounds per contest.

He was the No. 24 overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft by the Philadelphia 76ers, where he spent his first two NBA seasons.

Luwawu-Cabarrot most recently scored 4.9 points per game in nine appearances for France in FIBA EuroBasket competition this summer.

Jackson adds depth in the backcourt with Chris Paul, Devin Booker Cameron Payne, Landry Shamet, Josh Okogie and Damion Lee.

Luwawu-Cabarrot at 6-foot-7 provides another versatile wing defender.

Suns training camp opens on Tuesday.
