Suns’ Devin Booker wears mask to protect broken nose in Game 3 of WCF

Suns guard Devin Booker had a new look in Phoenix’s 106-92 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals on Thursday night.

Booker finished the night with 15 points on 5-of-21 shooting (23.8%) to go along with five assists, five boards and one steal.

The All-Star was wearing a clear mask to protect his nose that he injured in the Suns’ 104-103 win in Game 2.

Booker busted his nose in the third quarter of Game 2 when he collided heads with Clippers guard Pat Beverley.

He told ESPN’s Rachel Nichols that his nose is broken in three places, but that “doctors reset it yesterday and the swelling has gone down significantly.”

Booker was seen warming up with some shots along the baseline with the mask on.

The Suns will once again look to move one win away from a trip to the NBA Finals in Game 4 on Saturday.

Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
