The Arizona State Sun Devils and Arizona Wildcats find themselves in a muddled Big 12 Conference.
Three teams are 3-0 and three more are 0-3. The 10 others are either 2-1 or 1-2, and both Arizona universities find themselves in that logjam.
What does it mean for bowl game projections? Well, it’s even more complicated because the former Pac-12 schools will be picked by bowl committees that formerly welcomed that conference’s schools.
In summation, it’s confusing even if we weren’t guessing how the Wildcats (3-3) and Sun Devils (5-1) manage the backends of their 2024 schedules. But we’re here to try.
For the most part, both teams are predicted to land mid-tier bowl games. There are a handful of Sun Bowl, Independence Bowl and First Responder Bowl picks between the two schools.
Here’s a look at where the two teams could be going bowling based on the first halves of their respective seasons.
