On the latest edition of the State of the Sun Devils podcast, Jeremy Schnell, Jesse Morrison and Damon Allred reveal their College Football Playoff brackets, react to the Heisman Trophy finalists being announced and preview Arizona State men’s basketball’s huge game against No. 9 Florida.
ASU running back Cam Skattebo was snubbed from the Heisman Trophy ceremony despite putting up 2,074 total yards and 22 total touchdowns this season. The finalists are Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty, Colorado star Travis Hunter, Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel and Miami quarterback Cam Ward.

The path to the Sun Devils playing for a national championship starts on Jan. 1 against either Clemson or Texas in the Peach Bowl. If ASU wins, it will play Oregon, Tennessee or Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl for a chance to play in the title game.
The Arizona State men’s basketball team plays one of the biggest games of its season Saturday. The Sun Devils take on No. 9 Florida in Atlanta at 1:30 p.m. MST.
