The Arizona Cardinals announced Saturday afternoon they have activated defensive lineman Leki Fotu from the injured reserve/designated-to-return list and elevated running back D.J. Foster and tight end Seth DeValve from the practice squad.
DeValve was a standard elevation while Foster was elevated to the active roster as a COVID-19 replacement.
Fotu was placed on IR on Nov. 14 due to an ankle injury suffered in the team’s Week 9 loss to the Miami Dolphins. He has five tackles and one for loss in six games prior to the injury.
Foster has played six games for the Cardinals so far this season, recording one carry for two yards and one reception for seven yards. The 27-year-old former Arizona State standout also has three special teams tackles.
DeValve makes his first appearance on the Cardinals’ active roster after being signed to the practice squad on Nov. 25. He has 60 receptions for 736 yards and four touchdowns across 53 games in his NFL career, spending time with Jacksonville and Clevland.
Larry Fitzgerald remains on the COVID-19 reserve list as of Saturday afternoon, making it seem unlikely the Cardinals will have him against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.
