The Arizona Cardinals are reportedly interviewing Tennessee Titans director of player personnel Monti Ossenfort and Baltimore Ravens director of player personnel Joe Hortiz on Friday, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Hortiz previously interviewed with the New York Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers last season.

He joined the Ravens in 1998 as an area scout and held that position for eight years before moving to a national scout from 2006-08.

From there, Hortiz was promoted to director of college scouting in 2009, a position he held until 2018. The following year he was named co-director of player personnel along with George Kokinis.

Hortiz was in his role when the Ravens drafted now-Cardinals wide receiver Hollywood Brown, who is entering his second season with the team after being dealt to Arizona during Day 1 of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Ossenfort has 21 years of experience in the NFL and is coming off his third season with the Titans as director of player personnel.

Before his time in Tennessee, Ossenfort spent 15 seasons with the New England Patriots as the director of college scouting from 2014-19, assistant director of college scouting from 2011-13, a national scout from 2008-10, area scout from 2006-07 and personnel assistant in 2003. During that span, the Patriots won four Super Bowl titles.

He also spent three seasons with the Houston Texans as a college scout (2005), pro and college scouting assistant (2004) and pro personnel intern (2002).

Since Arizona announced former GM Steve Keim had resigned from his role on Monday, Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill has reportedly conducted interviews with in-house candidates in director of player personnel Quentin Harris and director of pro personnel Adrian Wilson, former New York Giants GM Jerry Reese and Chicago Bears assistant GM Ian Cunningham.

The team also requested permission to interview San Francisco 49ers director of player personnel Ran Carthon and assistant GM Adam Peters, though the latter declined.
