PRFC will play a total of 12 tune-up matches against five MLS and four USL sides, two of which are from the Championship and two coming from League One.

“Construction of our new stadium at Wild Horse Pass is on schedule to open the 2021 regular season,” Phoenix Rising general manager Bobby Dulle said in a press release.

“The training facility on site has been approved for use by local officials. We are very excited to get this season underway as the finish to last year left all our returning players with a strong sense of unfinished business.”

No fans will be allowed to attend the preseason opener against Sporting KC on March 13.

However, fans could “potentially” be allowed to attend a preseason match at a later date as the club looks to lift restrictions closer to the start of the 2021 USL Championship campaign.
