Just because the teams the stations cover may be rivals does not mean those who cover the teams are.

It is with that in mind that every year before the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks play, two people who cover the teams, Adam Green of ArizonaSports.com and Brady Henderson of MyNorthwest.com, have an email exchange going over the matchup.

Last month, with Seattle at home, Brady got the ball rolling.

This time, with the Cardinals hosting, it was Adam’s turn.

Adam Green: Hey Brady, how are you doing? It’s been what, a month since the Cardinals and Seahawks last played? Amazingly, plenty has changed for each team since the Seahawks’ 19-3 win at CenturyLink Field that Sunday afternoon. Anyway, let’s get this started.

Prior to that first meeting, the Seahawks were 6-4 and fighting to stay relevant in the NFC playoff race. Now they’re 10-4 and looking like last year’s Super Bowl team. Broad question, maybe. But what’s changed?
