Arizona Cardinals’ playoff history

In their first 78 years of existence, the Arizona Cardinals participated in exactly two playoff games, with their only victory coming in the 1947 NFL Championship when they were the Chicago Cardinals.

Since then, the Cards’ postseason appearances have been sporadic, but they have some notable victories since clinching their first playoff birth in Arizona in 1998, including a Super Bowl appearance nearly six years ago.

The Cardinals are 5-3 in the playoffs since relocating from St. Louis to Arizona before the 1988 season. Here’s a review of each of those games.
