With four days remaining in MLB All-Star voting, among their positions, Paul Goldschmidt sits third while Jake Lamb and Chris Owings are fifth.

Goldschmidt comes away from the final balloting update with 1.2 million votes, behind Anthony Rizzo’s 1.6 million votes and Ryan Zimmerman’s 1.73 million votes.

The four-time All-Star is on pace to set career highs in home runs, RBI, runs and average. His 18 home runs put him fourth among NL first basemen, his 65 RBI rank first and .332 average puts him third.

Lamb’s 726,560 votes place him far behind the top vote-getter for NL third baseman, Kris Bryant, who has racked up 1,978,692 votes.

In his fourth MLB season, Lamb leads NL third baseman with 17 home runs and 62 RBI, but sits tenth with a .280 average.

With 676,666 votes, Owings trails Trea Turner, Addison Russell, Corey Seager and Zack Cozart for the starting spot among NL shortstops.

Owings is having the best season of his five-year career, but as it relates to the All-Star Game, he doesn’t have the best luck given the depth of talent at shortstop.

He leads the position with 43 RBI, while ranking second in hits (76) and third in average (.289) and home runs (9).

Voting for the All-Star Game ends on Thursday and the rosters will be announced on ESPN Sunday at 7:00 pm ET.
