It’s hard to dispute Taurasi as the “goat.”
Earlier this season, she became the all-time leading scorer in WNBA history. She has the best single-season scoring average ever, posting 25.3 points in 2006 and is the only player to score over 800 total points in two seasons.
On top of that, Taurasi has made the All-Star game every year possible in Phoenix while also winning one regular season MVP in 2009 and two Finals MVP Awards in 2009 and 2014. There’s also the three NCAA Championships, three WNBA titles, four Olympic gold medals and six championships overseas in the EuroLeague.
