Hightower predicts Redskins victory over Cardinals

“I want to win this game and we’re going to win this game.”
Those are the words of former Cardinal Tim Hightower, who is excited to face his old team in Week 2.
The running back, who tallied 72 yards and one touchdown rushing along with 25 yards receiving in an opening week win over the Giants, said facing the Cardinals “will be special,” according to Football News Now.
It should be.
Hightower spent the first three seasons of his career in Arizona, finding a good amount of success in the process. His touchdown was the game-winning score in the NFC Championship game, and he went from obscure fifth-round pick to starting running back in the NFL while wearing Cardinal red.
Not surprisingly he wants this game, bad.
“You’re going to see me getting my teammates a little extra motivated this week,” he said.
It will be interesting to see if Hightower’s prediction comes true, though if Week 1 is any indication the former Richmond Spider may have a tough time finding room to run, as Arizona held Carolina to just 74 yards rushing on 27 attempts, good enough for an average of just 2.7 yards per carry.
