Four members of the Arizona Cardinals received Pro Bowl honors from the NFL with two more picked as alternates Tuesday.

Wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, outside linebacker Chandler Jones, cornerback Patrick Peterson and special teamer Budda Baker each received the nod in their respected positions.

For Fitzgerald, it’s his 11th Pro Bowl selection, the most by a Cardinal in franchise history. In the NFL, only Hall of Famer Jerry Rice has more selections as a receiver.

This season, he’s reeled in 92 receptions, good enough for second in the NFC and tied for fourth in the NFL. If Fitzgerald can reach 1,000 yards — currently at 982 — he will accomplish the feat for the ninth time in his career and would be one of just six players in NFL history with 1,000 receiving yards in at least nine seasons.

In NFL history, Fitzgerald has the third-most receptions in the league — 1,217 — and is one of four players with 15,000 career receiving yards and 100 receiving touchdowns.

Jones is making his first Pro Bowl appearance for the Cardinals and his first as a linebacker — previously selected as a defensive end while with New England.

His 15 sacks lead the league and are the most in team history through 14 games. He also leads the NFL in tackles for loss with 25.

Jones has recorded a sack in 12 of his 14 games this season. Since joining the Cardinals, Jones leads the NFL in sacks, with 26.0, and 40 tackles for loss.

Out of NFC outside linebackers, Jones accrued the most votes from fans.

Patrick Peterson made it seven-for-seven with his latest Pro Bowl selection.

He joins Jim Brown and Barry Sanders as the only players to be selected to the Pro Bowl seven times before turning 28-years-old. He also ties teammate Fitzgerald’s franchise record of consecutive selections with seven.

Through 14 games, Patrick Peterson has 29 tackles and one interception to along with eight pass deflections. He hasn’t missed a start all season and has started all 110 regular season games since entering the league in 2011.

Baker becomes the first rookie since Patrick Peterson in 2011 to make the Pro Bowl.

His 15 special teams tackles leads the team and marks the first time a Cardinals rookie has led the team in the category since Justin Bethel in 2012.

Not only does he lead the team in special teams tackles, but he also leads the NFC and ranks third in the NFL.

Along with Jones, Baker led Pro Bowl voting for his respected position among fans.

In addition to the four selections, running back Adrian Peterson and safety Tyrann Mathieu were selected as Pro Bowl alternates.

The Pro Bowl will take place on Jan. 28 at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla.
