Doug and Jennifer Franz share their Children’s Hospital story

Doug Franz, and his wife Jennifer, shared the story of their daughter’s birth at a Children’s Hospital 13 years ago.

Vienna Franz was born in Ohio on December 31, 1999. She was born at only 24 weeks.

The hospital didn’t have all of the equipment needed to take care of their daughter.
