Unfortunately, because it was the Toyota All Star Showdown, Logano’s trophy was immediately recalled

Nude photos of Greg Oden have been leaked online and Oden has apologized for the scandal.
While the incident hurts Oden’s credibility as a role model, it does give him a possible future as a Massachusetts senator

Jets coach Rex Ryan was fined $50,000 by the team Tuesday for making an obscene gesture at a mixed martial arts event last weekend.
Ryan apologized for the gesture and said he simply lost his composure after finding out that the venue’s snack bar didn’t serve gravy

The Academy Award nominations were announced this week and Avatar led all films with 9 nominations
Avatar should not be confused with the other movie about someone living vicariously through a much bigger, better, stronger version of himself: “The Archie Manning Story”

Kurt Warner retired after 12 seasons in the NFL. Warner will be known for turning around two terrible franchises in the Rams and Cardinals, and taking them to the Super Bowl

Sampson said he first became suspicious when he overheard Harkes bragging that he had slipped one past the goalie, and the team hadn’t even played a game that day

Longtime head of the Professional Bull Riders Inc. Randy Bernard, the new CEO of the Indy Racing League, admits he knows next to nothing about racing.
In fact, he confesses that he was only hired because when he said he was the head of “PBR”, the racing league thought they would get free beer

Seattle added a needed, veteran right-handed bat to its roster signing Eric Byrnes to a one-year deal on Friday two weeks after he was let loose by the Arizona Diamondbacks.
While some analysts thought Byrnes would not be signed to a new deal, many Diamondback fans knew that he would pop up somewhere
